What Absolute Yachts carried out in the last year was a massive renewal operation of its lines. After the successful Navetta 58 and the brand-new Navetta 68, even the 52 has a new look and enters the Generation 2020 series.

The goal of Absolute is very clear: to improve the overall quality of its own boats while introducing special solutions that expand volumes on board, further improving what has always been the main feature of the Navetta: the livability of the environments.

The first innovation concerns the galley, a very important element for a boat that is intended to be fully enjoyed throughout the year. The layout of the countertop has been revised and replaced by a L-shaped wider configuration. Burners are positioned on the left and their size has significantly increased as that of the sink and of the adjacent worktop. This increase in surface results into more space on the opposite site which, before restyling, was used as an additional counter which, now, has been transformed into a smaller yet more elegant wet bar.

Even the interconnection between the covered space of the main deck and the aft cockpit is more efficient and practical. Designers have introduced a counter that, positioned on the left of the sliding main door of the main deck, connects the galley to the cockpit which, in turn, integrates a retractable electric window. When the window is lowered, the result is a direct passage point for food from the kitchen to the cockpit table; when the door is totally open, there is no barrier between inside and outside.

Overall, although the layout of the main deck has not been changed in any other way, all the furnishings are new and offered in a different color tone which make them more streamlined, increasing freedom of movement on the deck.

Climbing on the flybridge, there is another novelty: the hard top, whose structure has been completely redesigned.

The inclination of the fiberglass pillars that support the plane has been inverted, now it goes from bow to stern and the covering surface has increased, so much so that a part has become openable to put the passengers in contact with the sun. The new design of the hard top also contributes to lighten the overall lines of the Navetta 52.

The lower deck has always three guest cabins and a crew one whose entrance is separated by the aft platform. The layout is the same but furnishings are new, with more elegant, modern and high-quality materials.

The Master Cabin, equipped with en-suite bathroom, exploits the whole beam of the central hull section. The Vip Cabin, also with a double yet transversal bed, is positioned in the bow and shares its bathroom with the twin-bedded guest cabin.

Conclusions

Certainly another step forward for Absolute Yachts which, with this restyling, aligns the Navetta 52 with the high standards already found in the previous models. Anyone interested into this model will surely be satisfied with this updated version.
