AMPERMARINE presents new MICROLED for gangways and stairs

AMPERMARINE will be present at METS Amsterdam with its new MICROLED, a product dedicated to the lighting of gangways and stairs for yachts and superyachts.

Lighting for gangways and on-board stairs is increasingly important from both an aesthetic/design and safety point of view. AMPERMARINE once again does not give up its innovative soul and creates the smallest LED light source for underwater seawater uses, MICROLED.

With the new MICROLED, which can be installed on all types of gangways and ladders thanks to its small footprint of 15mm in height and 13mm in diameter, the company aims to offer a unique and innovative product. The high-tech polymers of which it is composed ensure the absence of corrosion and the best lighting effect. They also hide the internal components from view, effectively making MICROLED one with the surroundings. The emitted white or blue dimmable light provides 50 lumens, while the onboard electronics stabilize its operation within its small IP68 casing.

Today, AMPERMARINE is one of the most important leaders in naval and yachting lighting, at the forefront of technology, its WUVLED spotlights have been a revolution as they do not require drilling holes in the hull for installation.

However, Ampermarine is not only lighting but also provides the market with marine accessories such as pushbuttons for both boats up to 24 meters and superyachts, thanks to an in-house research laboratory where the company’s technicians and engineers continue to develop innovative products.

Recessed pin spots, gangway lights, interior lighting, pushbuttons and wuwleds are part of a growing and comprehensive catalog of high-tech and Made in Italy products for the boating world.

AMPERMARINE’s growth in the boating world is also testified by the fact that many of the most important players such as Menniti Nautica for America, Supernavi for Italy and France, Marinetech Nz ltd for New Zealand have decided to include the company’s products in their catalogs.

AMPERMARINE will therefore be pleased to welcome you to METS 2023 at booth 12.133 to present the features of the new MICROLED and the possibilities of use for both new boats and refitting.
