Aquila Power Catamarans receives two prestigious awards in Asia

Two prestigious awards that highlight the brand’s excellence in design and innovation. Aquila Power Catamarans claimed them in Asia, further strengthening its growing presence in the East, particularly in the Pacific region. The awards are the Asian Marine & Boating Award, given to the Aquila 70 Luxury Power, and the Yacht Style Award 2025, awarded to the Aquila 46 Coupe.

The two awards given to Aquila Power Catamarans

The Aquila 70 Luxury Power Catamaran was awarded the 2025 Asian Marine & Boating Awards for “Best Motor Yacht 40-75” at the 28th China (Shanghai) International Boat Show on March 30th, during the Awards Gala Dinner and Shangpin Lifestyle Exhibition. These awards were established to foster innovation and sustainability in the boating industry.

Following this achievement, the new Aquila 46 Coupe power catamaran received the coveted 2025 Yacht Style Award in the category of “Power Catamaran Under 15m” at the prestigious Awards and Gala Dinner night in Singapore on April 9th. The Yacht Style Awards recognizes the best of the yachting industry in the extended Asia region and internationally, with more than 35 categories judged on innovation, style, build quality, and customer experience, with a specific focus on the Asia market.

“These prestigious awards highlight Aquila’s dedication to exceptional design and manufacturing excellence in the power catamaran segment – said Nick Harvey, Chief Revenue Officer at Aquila Power Catamarans – The recognition of both our Aquila 70 Luxury and 46 Coupe Power Catamarans by these respected industry authorities validates our innovative approach. Building on this momentum, we’ll be unveiling the Aquila 50 Yacht for its Asia debut at the Singapore Yacht Festival, further strengthening our presence in the Asian market and bringing the unique Aquila experience to boating enthusiasts throughout the region”.

The two award-winning yachts in detail

The Aquila 70 Luxury Power is a motor catamaran distinguished by its stunning lines, exceptional structural balance, and unwavering dedication to luxury and lifestyle. Powerful and beautiful, it is the flagship of Aquila Power Catamarans, capable of reaching a top speed of 27 knots and covering long distances at lower speeds. Power and maneuverability are ensured by Volvo Penta inboard engines paired with joystick control, while carbon fiber reinforcements reduce weight and increase the yacht’s strength.

The Aquila 46 Coupe, on the other hand, is a motor catamaran that combines racing performance with the comfort of a true cruiser. Remarkably high-performing, it reaches a top speed of 44 knots, and at a cruising speed of 35 knots, it consumes just 200 liters per hour. Furthermore, this masterpiece from Aquila Power Catamarans offers incredible livability, making the most of its generous beam.

In conclusion, these two catamarans from the American shipyard are true gems, and the awards they’ve received are more than well deserved.
