Besenzoni Atelier: the new dimension of custom-made luxury

A new chapter has just begun for Besenzoni, a benchmark in the luxury marine components industry founded in 1967, which recently launched its new Atelier division, thus continuing its growth path thanks to the acquisition of the renowned Tappezzeria Nautica Patelli, a name that has stood out in the boating sector for almost 70 years.

The merger of Besenzoni and Tappezzeria Patelli represents a joining of forces in the world of luxury yachting. Besenzoni’s main goal has always been to offer innovative products, not only in terms of style, but also capable of improving the owner’s life on board. The new Atelier division, dedicated entirely to upholstery, reinforces this commitment, allowing Besenzoni to offer even more customized and ‘tailor-made’ solutions for its customers.
From a modest local production,
Tappezzeria Nautica Patelli has conquered a prestigious international market, specializing in the manufacture of items for yachts. The collaboration with Besenzoni marks a step forward for both companies, which combine experience and expertise to offer customized, high quality products to meet the demands of their customers.

The internationalization of the upholstery department with the creation of a special Atelier division is a choice that stems from our desire to maintain a high level of quality and a broad portfolio of products by developing innovative technologies, digitising processes and improving our corporate governance – says Giorgio Besenzoni, CEO of the company – The customization of the products, thanks to our careful supervision and the work of expert upholsterers, will also enable us to create more unique and special products, using exclusive patterns and materials if requested by the owners”.

With the new Atelier division, Besenzoni offers an even more customized approach to product creation, both in terms of design and materials. The new division not only focuses on the production of bespoke marine components, but also aims to expand its scope to decor, offering products that are simply unique.

The company‘s primary goal is to preserve the artisan essence of products made, while retaining a high quality standard, while respecting traditions and without ever betraying its passion for boats.

In addition to the creation of the Atelier division, Besenzoni has also consolidated other two divisions: Unica – Unique Yachts Accessories, specialized in tailor-made solutions for superyachts;  Be Electric, focused on the development and manufacturing of products with a reduced environmental impact; and Customer Service Division, a valuable point of reference anywhere in the world for any technical support relating to Besenzoni products installed on board.

The new division bears witness to a long-term vision that combines tradition and innovation, advancing the value of Made in Italy in the boating sector.
