Grand Soleil 44 Essentia has won the ORC 2022 World Championship for the second time in a row. The boat from the Cantiere del Pardo brand entered and won the competition in the B class, routing the competitors and crossing the finish line first following a magnificent race, having already recorded the same performance last year. Leading the Grand Soleil 44 Essentia to the ORC Worlds 2022 was owner Catalin Trandafir together with his excellent crew.
This year’s ORC World Championship was held in the beautiful waters of Porto Cervo in Sardinia, with the boats being hosted by the renowned Yacht Club Costa Smeralda.
