Honda Marine Europe at METSTRADE 2025 with a renewed V6 and 4-cylinder lineup

After a year of growth and major innovations, Honda Marine Europe returns to METSTRADE 2025 as a key player. The world’s leading trade show for boating professionals will take place at RAI Amsterdam from November 18 to 20. The Japanese brand arrives with fresh momentum and a renewed range of high-performance outboards, reflecting a strategy increasingly focused on innovation, sustainability, and collaboration with the major European shipyards.

One year after its debut at the previous edition, Honda Marine is back in style at booth 07.112, showcasing its updated V6 engines from 200 to 250 horsepower and 4-cylinder engines from 115 to 150 horsepower, completely revised in terms of efficiency, reliability, and design. These new versions, set to enter the European market in early 2026, deliver improved performance, enhanced noise comfort, and smoother operation, with optimized fuel consumption and simplified maintenance.

Honda Marine: innovation, performance and sustainability

The new V6 models – BF200, BF225, and BF250 – along with the 4-cylinder BF115, BF135, and BF150, represent the natural evolution of a range that embodies over sixty years of expertise in marine propulsion. The updates touch every aspect of the boating experience: from the gearcase aerodynamics to throttle response, as well as reduced vibration and noise while underway. Everything has been designed to deliver more power with less environmental impact, in keeping with Honda’s “fun without compromise” philosophy.

“In 2025 we took an important step in bringing our reputation as innovators in the outboard world to the next level”, says Francesco Pichelli, Head of Sales at Honda Marine Europe. “The launch of the new V6 and 4-cylinder models, together with the earlier debut of the V8 BF350, allows us to come to METSTRADE with great enthusiasm and confidence in the future”. The goal is clear: to combine power and technology with a more emotional experience that inspires those who love the sea. “Our mission – Pichelli adds – is to offer not only power and performance, but also the passion and lifestyle that define life on the water”.

Partnerships and European vision

METSTRADE 2025 also marks a strengthening of collaborations between Honda Marine and leading European shipyards, with the goal of offering integrated boat-and-engine packages that are already configured, tested, and optimized. This strategy meets the growing demand for ready-to-use solutions, where technology and craftsmanship come together to ensure superior performance and reliability.

“By working with our trusted partners and manufacturers, we are confident that we can meet the new needs of our customers, including those of the next generation of boating enthusiasts – explains Pichelli – With smart solutions and complete packages, we can offer boats and engines already matched and tested, ready for navigation”.

With an outboard range now spanning from 2.3 to 350 horsepower, Honda Marine Europe strengthens its presence in the continental market, carrying forward the philosophy that has always defined it: enjoyment, reliability, and respect for the environment.

“The return to METSTRADE – concludes Pichelli -represents not only a moment of visibility, but also a confirmation of our commitment to European customers. We want to continue growing together with them, offering products that combine performance, reliability, and an authentic sense of freedom on the water”.
With this participation, Honda Marine Europe once again confirms its commitment to innovation without losing sight of passion. The course is set: technology, performance, and an ever more sustainable and conscious way of navigating.
