Celebrities escape aboard a Magazzù MX-14 Classic

The stars of Celebrity Hunted escape aboard a Magazzù MX-14 Classic.

The third season of ‘Celebrity Hunted’, Prime Video’s highly successful international format, has just ended with a twist. The Italian edition featured nine celebrities whose task was to escape from a team of hunters, fierce and technologically advanced, captained by Antonio del Greco, a former State Police executive.

Two weeks of escape, in which the celebrities had at their disposal only a first generation mobile phone and 70 euros a day, to reach the extraction point that would decree the winners of this edition.

An edition where boating was central, also given the enormous deployment of forces that the production team put in place to film the six episodes of the ‘reality show’: 550 hours of footage, produced through the use of 2 ships, 8 boats, 15 cars, 3 vans, 20 camera operators, 31 drones and 2 helicopters.

A decidedly important production that chose a beautiful Magazzù MX-14 Classic for the central filming of the final episode where Marco D’Amore and Salvatore Esposito, the winning couple, it has to be said, “took off” aboard this magnificent Maxi-Rib.

An almost obvious choice. For some time now, Magazzù has successfully represented the icon of glamour and luxury at an international level and there are numerous celebrities who have already chosen these boats, to distinguish themselves in an elegant way and to sail on an object that increasingly represents a “status symbol”.

The Maxi-Rib used for the final scenes of Celebrity Hunted is called “Atlantis” and, like the other boats built by Cantieri Magazzù, was customised according to the requests of its lucky owner. This version stands out for its colour combinations, which manage to be both sporty and elegant. Powered by two Volvo Penta D6 440HP engines, the Magazzù Mx-14 Classic is capable of reaching and easily exceeding 45 knots.

Impressive performance is matched by the proverbial stepped hull features and stability that these boats offer underway. Even though, despite the very high technological content, as you will certainly have already understood, Magazzù Ribs are chosen because people fall in love with them at first sight.
