When we talk about “vision” with reference to the new Prestige 520, we want to refer to the pictures of the sea that actually come to the guests of this new flybridge model even when they are in their cabins.

The Prestige 520 was indeed designed to keep a permanent contact with external environment thorough the fly bridge – one of the most spacious within its category – the ample cockpit directly connected to the living area and the large panoramic glass windows that, both on the main deck and in the cabins – especially, in the master one – capture a lot of natural light and unimpeded visibility.

It’s a genuine Mediterranean boat that speaks the language of a close relation with nature. A large hydraulically operated submergible swim platform is therefore extremely convenient to enjoy baths and stops when at anchor and provides access to the aft garage for a tender. The same platform leads to the cockpit, whose generous size and noteworthy amenities represent the main strengths of this boat. The cockpit is, in fact, a cozy area furnished with a L-shaped sofa and a beautiful dinner table. Behind the sofa, the garage hatch can become a comfortable sun pad.

Well-sheltered by a safe handrail, two side decks lead to the bow, where designers have installed an additional relaxation area equipped with two longue chairs. A stepladder positioned on the left gives instant access to the fly bridge.

On the upper deck, spaces are really boundless and well-refined. Flanked by a large sun pad, the helm station with a double bench seat is to port while a large lounge with sofas, a dinner table and a wet bar is to starboard. The whole is sheltered by an opening awning.

As for interiors, whose design results from the established creativity of Garroni Studio, the living area welcomes guests in a minimal but very functional atmosphere. On the left, a large glass door leads into a kitchenette with a comfortable island/counter. Always on the left, an elegant lounge faces the steering console positioned on the starboard side, while a lateral door leads into the side deck.

Below deck, the full-beam master cabin features an independent entrance, separate from the guest sleeping zone. The owner enters the room through a stepladder situated on the left, after the salon, while the other two cabins – the Vip and the twin-bedded one on the starboard side – are accessible through the ladders positioned beneath the windshield.

The Prestige Yachts 520 is powered by twin Volvo IPS 600 435hp engines which – at least according to the yard – deliver a cruising speed of 22 knots.
