SERIOUS COLLISIONS AT SEA. BRUTAL SHIP AND YACHT CRASH COMPILATION

The web is full of interesting videos and what we’ve selected for you today is a special ship and yacht crash compilation. The first video comes from an authoritative source: “The Sea Lad“, a very popular American maritime channel.

The footage shows incredible scenes –  very often taken from control cameras – of collisions between cargo ships and fixed structures or, in other case, ship-to-ship collisions. The common denominator of all these scenes is always the same, that is the considerable amount of damages, fortunately with no consequences for people.

In addition to ships, yachts and superyachts, too, are often involved in serious sea accidents, as showed by the video below.

In the footage, you can recognize some popular locations of Italian coasts, such as Capri, where thousands of luxury boats look for a berth in the small port of the island every year. Unfortunately, however, captains often underestimate the real size of their boats…
