Venice Technology presents VT 6.5: a masterpiece of innovation and design

In the increasingly competitive boating scene, Venice Technology has decided to raise the bar in the segment of elegant, high-performance dayboats by introducing its first jewel: the VT 6.5 model.

In a constantly evolving world where technology and design come together to create ever more innovative products, Venice-based Venice Technology has decided to break the mold and open the door to unprecedented innovation. Backed by a legacy of over 30 years in the boat industry, the company has designed a boat that promises to revolutionize the concept of cruising.

Venice Technology: revolution starts from Venice

VT 6.5 features a reverse bow: a bold choice that provides the boat with a distinctly distinctive look that is different from what is generally found on the day boat scene.

The stepped hull is carbon-made, which not only improves the boat’s strength, but also ensures that VT 6.5 has a significantly reduced weight, providing performance with exceptional speed. Power ranges from 40 hp to a maximum of 200 hp, offering the possibility of steering with and without a license.

Another special feature of this model by Venice Technology is the very low deadrise and an equally low broadside, thus providing owners with a driving position inspired by the sports car world. This design gives the boat unparalleled agility and maneuverability…but the beauty of the VT 6.5 is not only limited to her high-level performance, it also extends to the versatility and customization she is capable of.

The wide choice of interiors, colors, and finishes offers each owner the opportunity to create a unique craft tailored to his or her taste and lifestyle. Options include a sink, chemical toilet, refrigerator, and small stove, giving the opportunity for a cruising and relaxing experience suited to all needs.

Thanks to a pergola awning, which provides pleasant shade, four people can comfortably have meals in the bow, while the synthetic teak decking provides an elegant, non-slip surface, ensuring safety on board at all times.

For spring 2024, the shipyard expects to begin production of a new model, VT 8.5: a new 8.50-meter flagship that will include larger interior and exterior spaces to satisfy the desire for multi-day cruising, while still maintaining Venice Technology’s exceptional performance and unmistakable design.

“With VT 6.5 we wanted a fast boat with special features that were not present in the classic yachting scene, the line in fact is a bit retro.” say Venice Technology partners. “To the soft lines of the hull we combined a vintage style that perfectly blends with new technology and modernity, all enhanced by the beautiful inverted bow.”
