Cantiere del Pardo takes over Cannes: three debuts reshaping yachting luxury

Cantiere del Pardo never goes unnoticed at international boat shows, and the latest Cannes Yachting Festival, which wrapped up just a few days ago, was no exception. The historic brand, with over 50 years of history, more than 5,000 boats built, and a global network spanning over 60 countries, unveiled three major premieres at the French boat show, further consolidating its role as a benchmark in the international yachting industry. Taking center stage were the world premiere of the new Pardo 43, the debut of the VanDutch 75, and the presentation of the new Grand Soleil Plus 80 Performance.

The new Pardo 43

Under the Pardo Yachts brand, Cantiere del Pardo unveiled the new Pardo 43, a model that redefines the standards of luxury, functionality, and performance. It is the natural evolution of its predecessor, launched in 2017, which enjoyed extraordinary market success. The result of the shipyard’s long-standing expertise, celebrating a spirit of continuity by enhancing every detail without ever betraying its identity, the new Pardo 43 is not just a restyling but a decisive step forward—a fusion of tradition and innovation that preserves its original soul while enriching it with refined details, new functional solutions, and an even sportier look.

VanDutch 75 and Grand Soleil Plus 80 Performance, Cantiere del Pardo’s other two premieres

Another highlight was the new VanDutch 75, which made its world debut in Cannes. With this model, Cantiere del Pardo opens a new chapter for the historic brand, relaunching its design and aesthetic language with a contemporary twist. The goal is clear: to evolve the unmistakable VanDutch identity into a more sophisticated expression with a Mediterranean flair, without compromising its original style. The result is a yacht that blends vision and consistency, destined to become a benchmark for the future development of the range.

The project retains the iconic exterior styling that made VanDutch Yachts a global benchmark in the luxury open segment: low-slung profile, clean geometry, and elegantly balanced proportions now enriched with refined technical details that double as integrated design features. A timeless aesthetic, revisited with purposeful upgrades that enhance both function and form.

Finally, there was big news for sailing enthusiasts as well. At the French show, the new Grand Soleil Plus 80 Performance stole the spotlight, following the press presentation of the Long Cruise version at Boot Düsseldorf 2025. The Grand Soleil Plus 80 Performance is the sportier take on the flagship of the Grand Soleil Plus line, with the first unit already sold and currently under construction.

Launched in 2022 with the Grand Soleil 72, the Plus line is dedicated to models over 60 feet and designed for owners seeking a fully bespoke approach. Each yacht is built entirely in-house and can be configured with a choice of layouts, materials, and finishes, resulting in a truly personalized project backed by exclusive international support. With 12 units already sold, the Plus line has enjoyed immediate success. Four yachts are currently under construction: two Grand Soleil Plus 80s (one LC and one Performance), a GS Plus 72 Performance, and a GS Plus 65 Long Cruise. The first GS Plus 80 LC will be launched in spring 2026, followed by the GS Plus 80 Performance at the end of the year—further proof that Cantiere del Pardo once again got it right.
