Filippetti F 100: an elegant super fly with a sporty character

Filippetti unveils the F 100, a superyacht that enhances elegance without sacrificing performance

The latest masterpiece from Filippetti Yacht represents an important evolution in the flybridge category. It is called F 100 and is destined to set a new course for high-performance superyachts.

Issued from a collaboration with world-renowned designer and architect Fulvio De Simoni, F 100 testifies to Fulvio and Fausto Filippetti’s desire to create luxury boats with timeless design but innovative lines.

The F 100, of which Yachting News unveils the renderings in world preview, has been designed to maximize both interior and exterior spaces while preserving an elegant and sporty style within 30 meters.

The outdoor areas are the main strengths of this boat, specifically conceived to exploit every space available in a functional way. Not surprisingly, every outdoor area allows the guests to enjoy unparalleled and different sensations.

The flybridge is the most impressive exterior area: a true terrace overlooking the sea with unprecedented dimensions, capable of combining comfort and cruising passion. From this privileged position, you can steer the boat easily, thanks to a helm station with next-gen equipment.

Those who, instead, love relaxing on board can benefit from a large solarium in the stern, furnished with a maxi sundeck, comfortable sofas and coffee tables.

An American-style cocktail cabinet with stools and a dining table – which can seat up to 12 guests – make this area even more appealing for your moments of conviviality on board. The elegant hard top provides a large shaded area to escape the sun while you have dinner and relax during the day.

The stern section of the main deck accommodates the cockpit, which represents an additional floating terrace connected to a very large movable bathing platform. The latter can be lowered to a metre below sea level or raised to accommodate all the water toys, chaises longues and even a sun umbrella, creating a large wellness area.

The outdoor areas are completed by a large sundeck and an additional dining zone in the bow, which can be easily reached both from the side-decks and the flybridge.

Every outdoor area has all the services needed to fully enjoy every single moment on board: from the refrigeration system and wet bar to the stereo sound connected to the main system and the lighting system that creates a soft, welcoming ambience.

The main deck is the heart of the boat. The cockpit gives access to a surprisingly airy and spacious saloon: an XL lounge sofa and a comfortable dining table furnish a unique area overlooking the sea.

The large lateral windows allow light to filter through, emphasizing the volume of this already large space. The dining area is a private area where you can end the day illuminated by the enchanting atmosphere of the sunset.

The bow section of the saloon, on the left, leads to the master suite which, with its breath-taking view, almost seems to be suspended over the sea.

On the starboard side, instead, a small hall provides access to the galley, the day toilet and the helm station, the latter located on a raised level to ensure maximum visibility during navigation and manoeuvring.

The galley, directly connected to the helm station, leads to the crew sleeping area, the latter consisting of three comfortable double cabins and two heads.

In the central part of the main deck, a staircase leads down to the lower deck, where there are four guest cabins (two twin-bedded and two with double beds) and a huge full-beam VIP cabin. The shipyard offers a rational layout, with accommodation up to 6 cabins (an unusual number for boats of this size). During the design phase, the owner can decide to use one of these areas for other purposes, such as a gym or a spa.

The F 100 is powered by twin Man V12 2,000HP engines which deliver a cruising speed of around 23 knots. The garage can accommodate a 5-meter tender and a jet ski.
