Majesty 120: A new superyacht model has been launched in the UAE

A new unit of the Majesty 120 has officially hit the water. Since its international debut six years ago, this extraordinary superyacht has gained growing recognition across global markets: introduced in 2020, it has established itself worldwide thanks to its six-cabin layout, advanced engineering, and an approach designed for private cruising and luxury charter. The launch of the new unit, which took place in recent days off the shipyard in the United Arab Emirates, marks another milestone for one of the most successful models in Gulf Craft’s brand portfolio.

Strengths of the Majesty 120 between design and architecture

The reputation of the Majesty 120 was further reinforced by its accolades at the BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards, where the superyacht won both the Eco Award and the award for Best Naval Architecture. The two awards highlight two distinctive aspects of the project: on one side, the focus on efficiency and sustainability-oriented solutions; on the other, the work developed on naval architecture and the vessel’s dynamic characteristics.

The Majesty 120 was designed for extended stays on board and arranges its living spaces across three decks. The layout aims to combine comfort, privacy, and areas dedicated to socialization, featuring a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces that serves as one of the defining elements of the project. The shipyard’s goal was to expand the perception of space and connect the interiors with the marine landscape.

The aesthetic element also contributes to this design ethos. The yacht’s sculpted profile is defined by sharp, sleek lines, the expansive glass surfaces characteristic of the Majesty range, and elegant glass bulwarks. The result is a continuous visual connection between the interiors and the sea, a central element of the on-board experience on the Majesty 120.

Engineering and technology for cruising

In addition to space and design aspects, the model stands out for its adoption of technological systems developed for extended, reliable use. The Majesty 120 integrates navigation, automation, and water treatment systems on par with large passenger ships, alongside advanced acoustic insulation solutions.

The on-board technological suite was conceived to make yacht management more intuitive and to contribute to a cruising experience characterized by comfort, efficiency, and reliability. The approach brings a combination of systems and technologies typically associated with commercial vessels to a cruising superyacht, while maintaining a strong focus on the quality of living environments and life on board.

The new unit of the Majesty 120 marks the brand’s growth

The launch of the new Majesty 120 represents another step forward in the development of a model that has consolidated the international presence of Gulf Craft‘s brand. Indeed, Majesty’s strategy focuses on combining design, engineering, and construction directly in the United Arab Emirates, leveraging an international in-house team alongside collaborations with external designers and naval architects from various countries.

The range today encompasses models from the Majesty 60 up to the Majesty 175. The latter is the largest composite superyacht currently available. The Majesty portfolio is structured into two main families: the Yacht Collection, starting with the Majesty 60, focuses its offering on efficient layouts, space optimization, seamless indoor-outdoor connection, and seakeeping capability. The Superyacht Collection, comprising models between 100 and 175 feet, applies these same principles to larger dimensions, with a greater emphasis on extended stays on board and ocean crossings. Among these, the newest is the Majesty 145, whose first unit was launched last spring.

Every unit is designed and built in the United Arab Emirates, with contributions from an international team of designers and naval architects and a dedicated artisan craft section for interior finishing and living spaces. Semi-custom configurations are also available.

Conclusion

The new unit of the Majesty 120 confirms the central role of this model in the strategy of the Emirati brand. The six-cabin layout, the three decks dedicated to living on board, and the integration of advanced technological systems define an orientation equally suited to private cruising and high-end charter. The accolades received at the BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards add another chapter to the model’s history, while the launch of the new hull represents a new step in Majesty’s international growth.
