Nomad 101: the video walkthrough of the new Gulf Craft’s flagship

Elegance in every detail, solid build quality, and remarkable seakeeping abilities: these are the three design pillars on which Gulf Craft has always built its reputation. With the Nomad 101, the Middle Eastern shipyard takes this philosophy to a decidedly higher level, delivering a superyacht that, with a length of just over 30 meters, a beam of nearly 7.5 meters, and a range of more than 2,000 nautical miles, is specifically designed for long, comfortable, and enjoyable stays on board, without ever sacrificing comfort or the pleasure of cruising.

A yacht that we at The International Yachting Media simply could not miss, and which we are pleased to present to you in this new video walkthrough.

The Main Deck of the Nomad 101

The Nomad 101 is a tri-deck superyacht, capable of developing three full decks above the waterline, complemented by a fourth, lower deck dedicated to accommodations and featuring four cabins. Stepping on board, we begin our tour from the spacious main deck, the true heart of life on board. Here, Gulf Craft has created an almost boundless, airy space, defined by a refined, understated elegance that favors warm materials, carefully crafted finishes, and a furniture layout designed not merely for display, but for smooth and practical use.

The large L-shaped sofa, comfortably seating up to 8–10 guests, the elegant central coffee table, and the large opposing television effectively create a true cinema lounge, perfect for enjoying films and entertainment in complete relaxation.

Moving forward toward the bow, we find a large dining table that can accommodate up to eight people in an environment that is both refined and highly functional.

The galley, exceptionally spacious, is located directly behind the dining table and is available either in an open-plan version or, as on the model we are visiting today, fitted with a sliding door to prevent cooking odors from spreading into the saloon and to allow the crew to prepare meals—in total privacy—for both guests and themselves. On this yacht, the crew can number up to five members.

Still on the main deck, in a decidedly privileged position, lies the master cabin: a true suite that fully reflects the spirit of the Nomad 101. The owner’s quarters are spacious yet not excessive, elegant yet functional, with a layout that prioritizes comfort and privacy. The level of finishes is of the highest order, and the spaces are surprisingly generous. The cabin is dominated by a forward-facing king-size bed, flanked by a comfortable sofa and surrounded by large windows that provide the owner with an unparalleled view of the horizon. The cabin also enjoys direct access to a large external dinette, which effectively serves as the owner’s private outdoor area, complete with a comfortable sofa, a table, and, of course, an extraordinary panoramic view. Inside the master cabin, to starboard, there is an elegant wood-paneled unit that can also be used as a practical writing desk when needed.

The owner’s bathroom presents itself as a true second suite: the separate shower area, marble-effect resin finishes, and double washbasin create an atmosphere of refined elegance, while numerous storage compartments provide ample space for fragrances and all personal care essentials.

The sleeping zone

We access the Nomad 101’s lower deck via a beautiful staircase, framed by high-quality finishes that stylishly introduce the private areas. Here we find four cabins: two VIP and two twin cabins. Spacious and masterfully detailed, the first VIP cabin is effectively almost a second master in terms of space and elegance, configurable either with en-suite facilities or with a very large walk-in wardrobe, depending on the preferences and needs of the fortunate owner.

The second VIP cabin is another masterpiece of space engineering, furnished with a queen-size bed, two practical bedside tables, elegant wood paneling, and a bathroom with shower.

The two twin cabins are equally comfortable, each featuring a private bathroom with a separate shower box, and are designed to offer privacy, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere even during the longest cruises.

The Upper Deck of the Nomad 101

Another convenient staircase allows us to easily access the Nomad 101’s upper deck. Here we are welcomed by a very large enclosed lounge that immediately conveys a sense of space and brightness, combined with instant comfort that invites relaxation and enjoyment of the cruise. Moving forward toward the bow, we find a generous L-shaped sofa served by a designer coffee table, perfect for sharing carefree moments of conviviality with family and friends.

The real highlight of this area, in our view, is the beautiful bar cabinet which, elegant and sophisticated, is positioned in a particularly strategic location to serve both the interior area and the dedicated outdoor space. Here we find two bar stools and an expansive open-air lounge that can be covered with carbon-fiber poles and shade sails, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor moments in complete comfort, protection, and relaxation while admiring the surrounding scenery.

Here, Gulf Craft’s build quality reveals itself in all its solidity and precision, from the carefully selected materials to the finely finished details, with high-end components such as the hatch manufactured by the Italian company NEMO, immediately conveying a sense of reliability and understated luxury.

The Infinity Terrace and the Pilot House

But the Nomad 101’s upper deck holds another major surprise. The forward area, in fact, hosts what the designers have defined as the yacht’s infinity terrace: a vast outdoor space with comfortable, generously sized seating and panoramic views over the horizon which, we are ready to bet, will be among the most sought-after areas on board for enjoying a relaxing break or a pleasant moment of socializing, even while underway. Here too, the owner has the option to configure the space with carbon-fiber poles and shade sails.

Walking along the wide side decks of the Nomad 101, we reach a watertight door that gives access to what is, in every respect, the “captain’s realm.” We are of course referring to the pilot house, the yacht’s internal helm station, which is a true masterpiece of engineering and ergonomics. Everything required for navigation and docking maneuvers is exactly where it should be, within easy reach.

The extensive glazed surfaces that wrap around the helm station would already be sufficient to ensure complete visibility, but the shipyard—always attentive to every detail—has also integrated a system of monitors and cameras, thus guaranteeing absolute safety and control during every single maneuver. A comfortable L-shaped sofa positioned on the starboard side allows guests to follow the navigation alongside the captain, enjoying a truly remarkable level of comfort.

The Flybridge

We access the Nomad 101’s top deck via a convenient staircase that effortlessly leads us to a space that immediately takes our breath away. The flybridge opens up before our eyes like a true open-air living room: two chaise longues invite relaxation, a refined galley unit elegantly conceals all the equipment needed for meal preparation, while a U-shaped sofa allows guests to enjoy lunch or dinner in the shade, in total comfort.

A second helm station is also present, offering excellent visibility and a full set of instruments, designed to operate the yacht with ease and safety.

Nomad 101: space, comfort and power

Completing the already extensive list of spaces available on board the Nomad 101 are the large aft outdoor dinette, the beach club, and the engine room.

The former presents itself as a generous open-air area featuring a large central table that can comfortably seat up to 10–12 guests, a practical bar cabinet to starboard, and—concealed behind a column—a compartment housing the throttles and joysticks used to manage docking maneuvers and control the bow and stern thrusters. This solution clearly embodies one of the primary goals of this magnificent superyacht: to simplify vessel handling as much as possible, ensuring quick, safe, and intuitive maneuvers for the crew, while allowing guests to enjoy the sea in complete relaxation and without a care.

The beach club is one of the most captivating and functional spaces on the Nomad 101, designed to enhance direct contact with the sea and the pleasure of days spent at anchor. Located aft, the beach club unfolds as a true terrace over the water: spacious and modular, it offers a large submersible platform, comfortable seating, and, last but not least, a tender garage of well above-average dimensions.

Finally, the engine room is the area of the Nomad 101 that best tells the story of Gulf Craft’s construction excellence. At its heart are two massive 1,900-horsepower MTU engines, flanked by two 45 kW generators, ensuring autonomy and uninterrupted operation for all onboard systems. The space is extremely well designed, with all auxiliary systems and the safety equipment required for this 135-ton yacht arranged logically and rationally.

Conclusions

The Nomad 101 fully confirms Gulf Craft’s reputation as a shipyard capable of combining refined design with uncompromising build quality. Every detail—from the selected materials to the highest-level components, from the finishes to the most sophisticated technical solutions—bears witness to an almost obsessive attention to precision and long-term durability. It is a yacht that not only impresses with its size and seakeeping abilities, but above all with the care with which it has been built, offering owners a safe, comfortable, and truly exclusive cruising experience.
