Ocean Alexander: sale of the new 35 Puro announced in Fort Lauderdale

Ocean Alexander has secured another sale in the United States, confirming the shipyard’s positive momentum. With over 45 years of experience, the brand continues to stand out on the international yachting scene for its build quality, cutting-edge design, and an increasingly contemporary vision of luxury. This time, the spotlight is on the OA 35 Puro, a yacht with sculptural lines that combines formal elegance, generous volumes, livability, and strong character.

The recent delivery to a couple of owners in Fort Lauderdale clearly reflects this positioning. The decision was not immediate, but the result of a nearly two-year journey involving thorough evaluations and ongoing dialogue with the shipyard—an example of how today’s owners are increasingly focused not only on technical specifications, but also, and above all, on the overall onboard experience.

Ocean Alexander 35 Puro: elegance and functionality

In this specific case, the owners were upgrading from a 95-foot yacht and were already well aware of the expectations associated with this segment. The decision-making process focused on two flagship models in the Ocean Alexander range: the 35 Revolution and the 35 Puro, with the latter ultimately chosen for its more essential design language, “the fluidity of the spaces and the sense of livability it conveys on board”.

The 35 Puro stands out for its particularly successful balance between visual impact and functionality. Its bold yet clean design is paired with elegant, generous volumes, where every space is conceived to ensure smooth usability, practical functionality, and an exceptionally high level of comfort and livability.

The transaction was finalized by James Corts of MarineMax in collaboration with Andrew Troyer of Troyer Yachts.

James has done an exceptional job guiding these clients through a very considered decision process – said Dan Mundy, Head of Global Operations at Ocean AlexanderWe are pleased to welcome these owners to the Ocean Alexander family and look forward to the experiences they will create on board”.

James Corts shares the same enthusiasm, describing Ocean Alexander as “ one of my preferred brands to present because of its craftsmanship, intelligent planning, and strong

reputation in the market. When I introduce an Ocean Alexander, I know I am presenting a yacht that will stand apart and deliver a truly exceptional ownership experience”.

The 35 Puro will be based in Fort Lauderdale and used exclusively for private cruising and social occasions.

The 35 Puro is attracting growing interest from demanding owners looking for a yacht with a contemporary design language, generous volumes, and the hallmark quality of Ocean Alexander. Its elegant lines, spacious social areas, and lifestyle-oriented layout make it an ideal choice for those seeking a yacht suited both to family use and high-end entertaining.
