The updates

As mentioned above, important updates have been introduced both in terms of design and functionality for the transportable cradle for sailing boats. “In today’s modern shipyards, efficiency in space management and safety in handling boats are fundamental elements – explains Roberto Spadavecchia, founder and owner of Navaltecnosud Boat Stand – With this in mind, the transportable cradle for sailing boats now represents a renewed and enhanced solution, designed to respond even more effectively to the practical needs of industry professionals”.

In the past, cradles were often managed in a more traditional and manual way, with a greater margin of human intervention during the positioning and adjustment phase – Spadavecchia continues – Today, thanks to design evolution and the integration of more modern systems, management has become far more precise, safe, and simplified. We have introduced faster and more accurate adjustment systems, allowing for a perfect fit to different hull shapes, reducing working times and increasing safety both during positioning and while the boat is resting. In addition, the new cradle configuration allows for better load distribution, thanks to adjustable and reinforced supports, with greater capacity to handle even large hulls. This has reduced the risk of structural stress and ensured a more stable and durable resting phase”.

Last but not least, the new version of the product offers more modular and flexible management, allowing the cradle to be adapted to different types of boats and displacements, even larger ones, with ease and total safety. Several technical details have been optimized, with special attention to the locking system, ease of assembly and disassembly, and the protection of contact surfaces with the hull. “These improvements make its use safer and more efficient even under demanding conditions”, concludes Spadavecchia.
