This allows to make sure there’s a real traceable seller behind every boat, discouraging the so-called “fakes” to the benefit of both parties involved in the negotiation.

For the buyer, it will be therefore more difficult to run into a fraudulent announcement while, for sellers, the greatest benefit is that they will avoid any “unfair competition” represented by announcements with lower prices that lower the average of the market.
