After a highly satisfying 2017, Besenzoni welcomes the new year with its participation to Boot Dusseldorf. The Italian brand is indeed taking part in the Europe’s largest boat show with one among its most successful products: the P400 Matrix helm chair.
After having receiving the 2017 Dame Design Award at the last Mestrade in Amsterdam, the helm chair continues its European tour in Germany. Equipped with adjustable headrest, armrests and footrests, the chair boasts the innovative Vacust technology, an absorption system which, consisting of microspheres, contributes to reduce vibrations up to 88%.
The P400 Matrix is offered in three different versions, all exhibited at the German show. So, please, make yourself comfortable and let’s find out them together!
First of all, the P400 Matrix Prestige is suitable for long navigation thanks to a wide range of movements and adjustments that ensure a comfortable driving position and correct posture. More specifically, both the backrest and the seat are equipped with side padding in order to minimize any potential shocks while sailing and fiberglass shells, offered in different customizable colour palettes. For a greater aesthetical impact, the model even includes led lights on both the seat and the backrest. Maybe a little too cutting-edge for the boat industry, this model is a bold idea winking at younger yachtsmen.
Even more comfortable is the P400 Matrix Comfort, equipped with lumbar cushions, adjustable backrest and cushions covered with washable and water resistant sky fabric. This feature is, of course, highly beneficial to all yachtsmen.
Like the Prestige version, the seat and the backrest shells are in fiberglass but with white gelcoat finish. At the request of the owner, the standard version can be equipped with fixed or tilting armrests.
Finally, the Boot Dusseldorf will host the P400 Matrix Offshore, a third configuration of the successful helm chair which, thanks to soft lumbar cushions, provides the pilot with the best comfort even during the longest cruises. Contrary to the other two models, this version is equipped with a fixed backrest for greater back stability.
The basic version can be, however, supplied with revolving armrests and various adjustments.
CEO Giorgio Besenzoni has commented the product with great satisfaction: ” We’re living a very important moment for the company, which has been one of the flagship companies in the field of boat accessories for over 50 years. After the recent success of the P400 and other helm chairs, we’re focusing on this sector, investing in both staff and resources”.
The three versions of the Besenzoni P400 Matrix helm chair are on display at Boot Dusseldorf, at booth C50, Hall 11.
