A large crowd has come today to attend the unveiling of Dufour Yachts 63 Exclusive, the new flagship of the French sailboats manufacturer of La Rochelle.
She’s the latest yacht of the group but also the longest (20 m) and largest one actually under construction and the second model of the Exclusive series, the prestigious top-of-the line boat series of the French shipyard.
Designed by Umberto Felci, the 63 Exclusive is specifically conceived to give owners a great level of customization. The design is undoubtedly sporting and the bottom presents a pronounced chine at the stern.
The cockpit was designed to have several separate spaces on board and to integrate cutting-edge functionalities worthy of the largest yachts. In particular, the yacht offers an exterior galley as standard equipped with a gas barbecue, sink and fridge. Passengers will appreciate an elegant hydraulic walkway and two lateral stepladders facilitating access to the boat. The helms are positioned at the stern to keep the relaxation area separate from the control one.
In the next few days, we’ll board the yacht to discover interiors. We’ve tried today but there were too many people: the new Dufour 63 Exclusive seems to be very appreciated, as confirmed by the 1,800 views registered by the video below in a little less than an hour!
