Eliche Radice: a pivotal year of innovation and growth

2024 has been a crucial year for Eliche Radice, marking a true turning point in the path of growth and innovation of the historic manufacturer, specialized in designing and producing Made in Italy boat propellers, bushings, shaft lines, supports, and rudders. “From the very start of the year, our management team set an ambitious goal: to significantly enhance our company’s output, both in terms of product quality and in delivering a 360-degree service to our customers – explains Claudia Radice, Sales Operation Manager at Eliche Radice – This commitment has sparked a transformation process that has impacted every aspect of our business. We’ve undertaken a long and challenging journey of improvement, touching nearly all our corporate processes. As a result, we have undergone a significant internal restructuring, bringing in highly qualified professionals, particularly in the R&D, Sales, and Operations departments”.

One of the key advancements has been the integration of new technologies into production processes. Today, all Eliche Radice products are developed using 3D modeling, a practice that allows technical solutions to be refined even before physical production begins. Additionally, the company’s engineers are increasingly implementing FEM (Finite Element Method) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis, not only in research projects but also in day-to-day operations, to optimize the quality and reliability of every single product.

Customer focus and service quality have also been top priorities for the company. “Thanks to the excellent coordination between our sales and operations teams, we can ensure quick responses and continuous support throughout every stage of the customer journey, allowing us to fully meet our clients’ needs – explains Radice – This approach has made Eliche Radice an even more reliable partner for companies in the boating industry, strengthening its position as a market leader in Europe”.

The results of this transformation have been clear. Starting from the second quarter of 2024, the order book has seen steady growth, and the year ended with a positive balance. In some specific product lines, productivity has increased by over 100% compared to previous years, proving the effectiveness of the strategies adopted.

Financial indicators also confirm the success of this new phase. The company’s EBITDA grew by 8% compared to the previous year, while debt decreased by 14%. “All financial metrics are showing significant improvement – continues Claudia Radice – which will allow us, first and foremost, to invest in research and the development of new solutions”.

With these results, Eliche Radice confirms its position as the leading supplier of products and services for the boating industry in Europe, catering to all types of vessels, from the smallest boats to superyachts. The company looks to the future with renewed confidence and optimism, ready to build on its achievements and take on new challenges. “2025 will be a year of product innovation, with an even stronger focus on quality and efficiency – says Claudia Radice – We want to help our customers grow their businesses while establishing ourselves as the industry benchmark. This path of growth would not have been possible without the trust of our clients and suppliers, whom we sincerely thank for their continued support”.

In conclusion, Eliche Radice is ready to face the future with determination, knowing that innovation and operational excellence are the keys to lasting success in the boating industry.
