In the world of ribs, the most lively market is certainly the French one and Cannes Yachting Festival is the ideal place for the main brands to show their best and biggest models.

Teo Aiello, sulla destra, ci racconta le novità esposte al Salone di Cannes

This is the case, for example, of Nuova Jolly, a group which is experiencing a great growth, especially after the acquisition of Naumatec. In Cannes, we met Teo Aiello who told us his news, starting from the most important one, Price 38 Dinette (in the picture above). ” It’s a model we presented as a prototype in Paris last December; the production of the first version started last March and finally, last August, we developed the Dinette version you can see here and which has being very successful“.

How does it differ from the basic version? ” An astern dinette has replaced the original fixed sunbathing surface. It’s a convertible area which changes shape quickly: from the basic layout with a lunch table you can pass to a huge sunbathing platform (1.60 x 2.10 m). The table can disappear at the floor level, a very comfortable and safe solution while sailing”.

How does table move? It has an electric stern, included into the price. Prince 38, in both its two versions, has a second fore dinette, but in this case the table with electric stern is an optional. Under the console, there’s also a little cabin hosting two beds and a bathroom. The two beds can be jointed together to form a double bed (2.50 x 2.10. m). What about engines? ” You can install two FB 400 HP motors, but two 300 Hp motors ensure great result, too: maximum speed reaches 47 knots. There is also the possibility to install two 350 HP motors.

At Cannes Yachting Festival, there’s also Prince 35 Sport Cabin that you have recently proposed in a very particoul colour: “ The model exhibited in Cannes has charcoal grey tubulars; people like it very much, but we have recently made an olive-green one that has been equally appreciated”.
