When sailing is not a piece of cake

The video was shot during an intense cruise in the Gulf of Mexico, from St. Petersburg to Destin, Florida.
A western depression hit the boat after three days of sailing, pushing the crew to sail windward and face six-meter waves to stay as far away from the coast as possible.
It is certainly not an easy situation where proneness and nerves are essential to carry the boat and the crew safely.

A similar condition appears in the video below, shot by the navigator, that looses the control of the boat and is forced to face a hard maneuver in a very dangerous sea, completely alone.
