Ice Yachts wins the Altagamma Award

ICE YACHTS confirms its role as a ley player in Italy’s high-end yachting scene, winning the Altagamma Speed Award (Yachting and Engines) at the ninth edition of the Giovani Imprese Altagamma – Believing in the Future Award, a recognition celebrating emerging entrepreneurial excellence capable of best interpreting the values of Made in Italy.

Since 2015, in partnership with Borsa Italiana, ELITE–Euronext Group and SDA Bocconi School of Management, Altagamma has been supporting and rewarding Italian high-end companies that most clearly embody the core principles of Made in Italy: creativity, outstanding craftsmanship and the ability to bring highly innovative and distinctive products to the market. Within this context, Ice Yachts stands out for its remarkable ability to combine tradition and innovation, positioning itself as a benchmark for those seeking cutting-edge luxury sailing yachts that combine style, performance and comfort.

Founded in 2012, the Salvirola-based shipyard earned this prestigious award thanks to a clear and ambitious vision: to build sailing yachts between 52 and 80 feet that represent the perfect balance of refined design, technological innovation and artisanal know-how. Every stage of the production process is managed in-house, ensuring full control over quality and attention to detail. The use of advanced composite materials – carbon first and foremost – allows for the construction of lightweight, extremely high-performance yachts, while collaborations with some of the world’s most renowned naval design studios make it possible to introduce innovative solutions that often anticipate market trends.

The success of Ice Yachts is also reflected on an international level: with more than 75% of its turnover generated through exports, the shipyard is now one of the most influential names on the global yachting scene. Its strength lies above all in the tireless work of highly specialized technicians and craftsmen, who are able to turn ideas and projects into unique yachts every day, where every detail is designed to combine functionality, elegance and outstanding performance.

With this prestigious award, Ice Yachts not only confirms its path of excellence but, above all, further strengthens its image as an ambassador of Italian excellence in the world of elite yachting. Thanks to its forward-looking vision and the courage to dare and innovate continuously, Ice Yachts once again proves that the future of Italian sailing is built on the meeting point of creativity, artisanal mastery and the genuine passion of its most skilled and innovative shipyards, capable of creating yachts that tell stories of excellence and prestige in every detail.
