New Sport Coupè 56 : custom elegance by Rio Yachts

Wide interior and exterior spaces and collaborations with Italian yachting excellence: the second version of the Sport Coupè 56 is an amazing yacht

The new Sport Coupè 56 offers the customization possibilities that only Rio Yachts is able to guarantee in the market segment between 50 and 60 feet. The interior design, once again entrusted to the famous designer Marino Alfani, and the excellent sailing performance result into a boat where elegance and sportiness are extraordinarily joint together.

Exteriors

The new Sport Coupè 56 is a completely new boat: equipped with interior and exterior spaces in constant communication, she fully interprets the combination between elegance and sportiness. It’s a new yacht that enhances and synthesizes all the technical, aesthetic, comfortable and innovative features that have determined the success of the previous models of the range.

The aft area is versatile and extremely well-finished. There is, in fact, a wide folding platform with a garage that can accommodate a tender or a jet ski in total comfort. The cockpit, instead, houses a large sun pad where to relax and enjoy a full contact with the sea.

The extremely well-finished aft seats envelop some modular tables which can be extended or removed if necessary. An electric bimini protects from both the sun and the wind, allowing the owner and his guests to enjoy an even more comfortable stay.

However, the key element of the new version of the Sport Coupé 56, equally characteristic of some other Rio Yachts creations, is the crystal door positioned between the cockpit and the helm station which allows to partially close off the cockpit, providing superior comfort and expanding the time of use of the yacht. When not in use, the door disappears in the ceiling, endowing the yacht with its true open aesthetic and functionality

The bow, instead, houses wide exterior walkways which lead to the large sunbathing platform without difficulty also thanks to the presence of a long side-decks that surrounds the whole boat, making it safer and more appealing at the same time.

Interiors

The interior design, fruit of the collaboration between Marino Alfani and the Rio Yachts’ in-house design department, is characterized by sartorial details and high-end finishes, that create comfortable environments in name of conviviality and the best Made in Italy style.

Further forward, beyond the glass door, there is a bright dinette with an elegant L-shaped sofa, a modular coffee table, crystal details, marble tops, retractable television and double helm station by Besenzoni.

The dashboard boasts two 12” multifunction touch screens to manage all on-board instruments. The ample windscreen delivers great visibility and ease of handling.

From the dinette, the ladders lead to the galley. The latter is located amidships and represents the connecting point between the inside and the outside. The glass ceiling floods the interior with abundant natural light and adds more elegance to the area. Modern and spacious, the galley is full custom.

In order to best meet the owner’s needs, the night area offers the possibility to choose between different layout options, with two or three cabins, garage or additional crew cabin. Regardless of the layout selected, the cabins are always ample and very luxurious, equipped with large windows that allow owners and guests to feel one with the sea.

Engines

The Sport Coupé 56 guarantees excellent performance at sea, proving to be perfect even for those who want to fully enjoy their sailing experience.

Powered by twin Man I6 800 MAN I6 800 2x800HP engines, the boat can reach a top speed of 35 knots and a cruising speed of 30 knots.
