Innovation, power, and craftsmanship: Antonello Salvi’s new boat was created in collaboration with Garmin, Honda Marine, and Tuccoli Marine

A boat designed for top-level sport fishing, yet equipped with technical and stylistic solutions that will impress even the most demanding enthusiasts: this is the new T250 VM MAX presented by Antonello Salvi at the 2025 Genoa International Boat Show. The project is the result of a collaboration between three leading names in the international boating industry—Garmin, Honda Marine, and Tuccoli Marine. It was born from the synergy between cutting-edge electronics, next-generation propulsion, and artisanal attention to construction details. The goal? To provide the fishing champion with a unique tool to tackle his open-sea challenges successfully.

Onboard electronics: Garmin’s touch

The technological imprint of Garmin is immediately evident onboard, with a fully integrated suite of next-generation instruments. The helm station features two new 15-inch ultrawide plotters installed beneath two 19-inch 4K GPSMAP 9000 displays—a setup that ensures total visibility and uncompromised control. The equipment is completed by Lumishore lighting systems, a JL Audio sound system, and fishing-oriented automation solutions, including a fully automated livewell and an innovative built-in bait dispenser.

The tailor-made touch of Tuccoli Marine

The Tuscan shipyard Tuccoli Marine oversaw every stage of the construction process, turning Salvi’s technical requirements into a truly custom-built boat. The bespoke console was designed to perfectly integrate Garmin’s instrumentation, while the electrical system was developed according to dedicated specifications. The stern section accommodates a custom leaning-post helm seat, complete with a tackle and gear drawer unit. Purpose-built equipment includes twin flush-mounted through-hull transducers, a tuna tube system, and a custom-designed livewell setup.

Antonello Salvi’s new boat is one of a kind

The result is a vessel that goes far beyond being just a technical fishing platform—it represents the perfect synthesis of innovation, power, and craftsmanship. A true “floating laboratory” that will accompany Antonello Salvi in his future challenges, setting new benchmarks in the world of professional sport fishing. The collaboration between Garmin, Honda Marine, and Tuccoli Marine shows how the integration of complementary expertise can create an outstanding project, blending technology and passion into a boat destined to make its mark.
